Half written in Chinese is 一半 and phonetically in pinyin is pronounced yībàn. This is a blog that is inspired by half. Half is the irreducible fraction resulting from dividing one by two, or any number by its double; multiplication by one half is equivalent to division by two. It is the fraction occurring most often in anything ranging from equations, recipes, measurements, etc. Is life half full or half empty? Got half? Let's start exploring half and half!
Hi Victor,
ReplyDeleteLong time no see/hear...glad to 'find' you here on Blogger.
Cheers,
Former PAD campmate
And you ARE the most positive, encouraging person I've ever met. You look young and fresh all the time without a wrinkle of worry. No botox, no expensive formulas, no face lifts.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you that a person's real beauty and value -- physical, emotional, and spiritually -- is within the mind, the attitude, the heart.
And even as we become older, no amount of chemicals, procedures, or surgery will every make us as attractive and beautiful as what we say and do and think, especially toward others.
Thank you for this excellent post.
